I rated Carlo and Service Department 5 star because service was speedy and personable at the same time. Carlo worked to get every repair done right. By the new used car and eight days later, the tire pressure reading on the rear tire was 6 pounds less than the rest and kept going down every time I filled it. Waiting for service and an hour and a h pressure reading on the rear tire was 6 pounds less than the rest and kept going down every time I filled it. Waiting for service and an hour and a half later nobody got back to me. I had to go question where my car was and they couldn’t figure out the problem, so I just took it and as I was leaving notice that they didn’t even fill the tire to the proper pressure. After all that time, they didn’t bother to fill the tire for me. I will not return there. More
