Great Experience As a former salesperson, I was so impressed by the experience I had with Carly and the rest of the sales team. There was no pressure and everyone was very transparent...none of the tricks that I've experienced at other dealerships. I was unsure if I was ready to trade in my car but Carly and Sales Manager Carl were very patient and understanding. Luigi in finance was also incredibly helpful and respectful of the fact that I'm young and on a budget when suggesting products while billing me out. I'm so happy with my new Civic and it's safe to say that the team at Autopark has earned a customer for life! More

Exceptional in every way but especially Jon Choi, Sales! I first became acquainted with Auto Park Honda in 2011 when I purchased my first V6 Accord with Navigation. I had looked at four of my top five new c I first became acquainted with Auto Park Honda in 2011 when I purchased my first V6 Accord with Navigation. I had looked at four of my top five new car choices that day (Lexus IS, Avalon, Camry, and Maxima) before happily ending at Auto Park Honda. My reason for choosing this car was not only because it had all the “bells and whistles” I was seeking but because of a most exceptional salesperson – Jon Choi. Jon is not just a knowledgeable and professional salesperson but he is a very good guy in every aspect of his life. Whenever I had a question about my car, I could call and he would always respond. So, Jon and I have continued to touch base over the past three years when I was having my car serviced. And, by the way, there is no better service department than the Auto Park Honda team. On my most recent regular servicing appointment, Jon and I were chatting about the new 2015 V6’s. We took a spin and I traded my 2011 for 2015, just like that!! When I picked up my new car a few days later, Jon took me through my tutorials, loaded my iPhone, and music and as is his nature, said to “call with any questions.” There is a lot of new technology on this car and yes, Jon is patiently on the other end of the phone! I will wrap this up by saying, that everyone I have dealt with at Auto Park Honda has been professional, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Thank you for the exceptional service. More

Best Honda Buying Experience Purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot from Carly Rickers at Auto Park Honda a few weeks ago. This is my fifth Honda in all my years of driving since 1987. Ther Purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot from Carly Rickers at Auto Park Honda a few weeks ago. This is my fifth Honda in all my years of driving since 1987. There have been others in-between, but my heart will always be with Honda. This is our 3rd Honda purchased locally, and by far the best experience at a dealer. From the beginning, I knew I wanted to purchase a car there. Carly was an enthusiastic sales person, and we clicked immediately. Don Rigsbee is Excellent! Don Rigsbee at Auto Park Honda worked very hard to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted for the right price. Great Experience with Don Rigsbee and the Sales Manager I went into Honda AutoPark Cary about 15 mins before closing. I came prepared with an offer for a specific vehicle and within minutes Don Rigsbee too I went into Honda AutoPark Cary about 15 mins before closing. I came prepared with an offer for a specific vehicle and within minutes Don Rigsbee took it to his Sales Manager who accepted it. Fast, easy, no haggle, no surprises, very refreshing! They had the exact car I wanted and sold it to me at the price I thought was fair. I'm glad I gave this dealership another chance (my experience in '08 was horrible) but that's in the past now and I'm a happy Honda AutoPark customer! From my experience, if you are looking to buy a new vehicle, I recommend going to Honda AutoPark Cary first, ask for Don Rigsbee, and see how easy they make it to buy the car you want at a fair price. More

As a first time car buyer, Barbara was very informative, and worked with me and my family to come up with an amazing offer. Barbara is also a very genuine person who showed kindness and was easy to gain my trust. I would also like to highly rate the finance department, I did not feel pressured to add any extra to my purchase which I really found to be wonderful. My favorite thing about going to Autopark Honda was that it felt like a family, even though it is a bigger dealer. As long as I am in the Raleigh area I will be a customer of Autopark Honda, and will recommend anyone looking for a new car to the dealer and to Barbara. I spoke with Henry briefly who had us come in and meet with Carl. Carl greeted us and introduced us to Jon Choi. Jon was familiar with all of the new Odyssey features. Once we had picked out our vehicle, Jon even set up my phone and my wife's phone to work with the new vehicle. This was my first vehicle from Autopark Honda, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. More
