Excellent Car Buying Experience Carl Chestnut contacted me by email after I used their website to check on availability for a 2019 RAV4 in our preferred color, style and ePrice. We Carl Chestnut contacted me by email after I used their website to check on availability for a 2019 RAV4 in our preferred color, style and ePrice. We made an appointment with Carl and he had pulled the vehicle near the showroom. Carl was available when we arrived and It was easy to settle on the price. Carl had us test drive on the freeway so we could check road noise and handling at freeway speed. Carl helped us through the paperwork and then showed us the features. Toyota of Gladstone has an excellent plan of having customers return a month later with questions as there is so much to learn with all the features in these new vehicles. We had visited two other dealerships and the time spent with Carl Chestnut was excellent. More
