Outside of work Bruce enjoys motorcycling, high-end audio systems and music.

Sales experience was amazing, very knowledgeable, and premium experience. Very high pressure on 3rd party warranties at the end of the sales process is the only reason this wasn't 5 star overall - need t premium experience. Bob Penkhus Volvo was very responsive to my semi emergency need. My 2006 Volvo started running rough with a check engine light on a Friday.
