I scheduled an appointment and upon arrival BMW was ready for me. I was checked in quickly and smoothly and the waiting area offered a nice variety.. Brittany & Chris helped me with all my questions and I lo for me. I was checked in quickly and smoothly and the waiting area offered a nice variety.. Level of service for routine car maintenance has declined in recent visits. I had a routine appointment scheduled for an oil change and other minor routine work, and with no advanced notice my car was in the in recent visits. I had a routine appointment scheduled for an oil change and other minor routine work, and with no advanced notice my car was in the shop for over 24hours with no accommodations offered. When scheduling a service well in advance I expect quick turn around service, and expect to be notified if service would take longer than expected, and expect some accommodations to be made. None of this was offered. More
