I worked with Brian Sarecky and Tom Schweiss on my purchase of my new A6 that I picked up yesterday. I love the car and my experience working with these two gentlemen was great. I did not make it the easiest transaction for them as I had found the exact car I wanted which was in Fremont California. Tom and Brian arranged for the car to be shipped back to your dealership and all went really smoothly from my viewpoint and considering all the work they did behind the scenes to make it happen. I am not a huge fan when buying cars and the process needed to make it happen. But what I experienced was the best and easiest transaction I have ever done. I realize you must receive emails and phone calls from people who complain or expectations that were not met. Personally, I think it’s just as important to let you know when things actually go right. Best Car Buying Experience Ever Dan and the team at Silver Spring Audi were great. Dan worked with me through the entire process, and especially during times like these where syncing schedules isn't easy he worked with me to get the best deal possible when I was in and out of the dealership. Dan and the team were knowledge and also listened to what specific needs I wanted in a vehicle. Everyone was honest and didn't push any expensive products I wouldn't be interested in, I can't say that happens at a lot of dealerships but this was refreshing. I would recommend Dan and the Audi Silver Spring team to anyone, and have even discussed with friends who have purchased Audi's at other regional locations to come here. More
