Disappointing. Vehicle was advertised for 2 weeks but with no pictures or requisite information. I contacted the dealership on the Friday before Labor Day and was t Vehicle was advertised for 2 weeks but with no pictures or requisite information. I contacted the dealership on the Friday before Labor Day and was told the vehicle could not be seen and that they would not be open on the Saturday. Finally left a msg through your website and was told the vehicle was sold. The vehicle remained listed for at least 3 more days after that. I will not buy a vehicle through this dealership as they seem to typify the bad reputation of used car salespeople. . More

The staff was very professional and easy to deal with. They were not on commission and interested in our best interest. They had a better selection than other car lots. Best dealership in the state! I have bought 8 cars with Gustman Honda over the past 10+ years. I bought all of them from Alan in sales and worked with Brian (Sales Manager) for I have bought 8 cars with Gustman Honda over the past 10+ years. I bought all of them from Alan in sales and worked with Brian (Sales Manager) for the past several years that he has been there. Alan is always fantastic to work with -- very professional, courteous, and cares about my needs. Brian has very competitive trade-in values and sales pricing yet there is NO pressure. Also no pressure in the Finance office either. I have had only amazing experiences with Gustman Honda's service department. I haven't needed much service besides preventive maintenance (thanks Honda reliability), but Scott and team are always prompt, do awesome work, and take great care of the car. It's so refreshing to work with a family-owned business with people that have so many years of experience and genuinely care for you like family. More
