I recently purchased an Outback at Gateway Subaru. The salesman Kevin Miller was very helpful both before and after the sale. I decided on Subaru because of the amazing features of the car and because my parents love theirs. I decided to buy from this particular dealership though because of the level of service I received from t the car and because my parents love theirs. I decided to buy from this particular dealership though because of the level of service I received from the team that worked with me. From the moment I entered I was treated like a priority by Glenn. He walked me through the various models, allowed me to test drive and ask A TON of questions and never made me feel pressured. When it was time to look into trading my car and talking Financials he got me in with Zachary who made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for every step of the way. Just when I thought that I would never be able to financially afford my dream card, they got together with Brian and pulled out an ace. I drove away in a car I never expected to be able to have at a price I never dreamed of and I still have not stopped smiling since I got the keys. It was painless and quick. I recommend anyone give these guys a chance and I know I'll be back when it's time again for a new car. They have won over a customer for life. More

We just purchased a new Subaru from Gateway Subaru and would like to recommend this dealership. It was just about the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Joe from West Virgini would like to recommend this dealership. It was just about the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Joe from West Virginia was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. If you want to really become familiar with the vehicle you are purchasing be sure to ask for Joe "from West Virginia". Zach the finance manager was also very knowledgeable about his products and pleasant to deal with. The dealership was very clean and inviting, everyone was very friendly such as another young fellow there we met, Brian. I highly recommend this fine dealership they really take care of their customers. More

Salesman Steve Wergin is the most knowledgeable and non-pushy car salesperson we've ever met. He kept us fully informed all along, worked hard to find the car I wanted (when the model was just released, so no dealer had many of them yet), and since the sale has remained available for questions. The sales process, including negotiation and LACK of the usual pushiness to buy add-ons that weren't right for us, was our best experience ever. During and after the sale, everyone in the dealership has offered exemplary service -- from other salespeople to the service dept. and other staff -- when questions re: operating the new technology & features have arisen. Can't recommend them & Steve Wergin enough. After a month of use, appreciating the car as well: handling, acceleration, and braking are fine -- even compared to the Audi it replaced-- and really love knowing it has Subaru's legendary safety features! More
