Just purchased a 2024 touring accent fro Gateway. The entire staff was awesome inclulding Don S. the manager and Kyle H my salesman. They made it really easy and matched another Dealers price to the penny. The trade in was exactely what Kelly Blue book said i should get. The is the second new car I purchased from them in past 24 months. Their service dept is outstanding. Everyone treated me very very nice with no pricing gimmicks like other dealers have. The customer service waiting area is clean and very nice--they even provide snacks/coffee/etc. Finally, they do FREE car washes for the life of the car More

Absolutely no pressure and no hidden fees. The dealer offered up an "out the door" price right at the beginning of the process that was reasonable - but they still left room for negotiation The dealer offered up an "out the door" price right at the beginning of the process that was reasonable - but they still left room for negotiation and made a better deal in the end. As I went forward, I felt that everyone I dealt with had an up front honest approach! Well done. More
