Great buying experience. I ordered my new Raptor a couple of months ago and it finally arrived. Overall it's was the best and easiet buying experience I've ever had. During th I ordered my new Raptor a couple of months ago and it finally arrived. Overall it's was the best and easiet buying experience I've ever had. During the order process the GM Ryan Sherman helped me build my dream truck. We discussed many of the smaller details ex. Bedliner, decals and other accessories and Ryan took the time to walk me all over the dealership to show me the options he was suggesting on trucks he had in inventory. When I arrived at the dealer my truck was ready to go and sitting on the showroom floor with a nice sold sign hanging from the mirror. Zac took over and did an excellent job going over the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. His knowledge of the product was impressive and he took the time to make sure I had everything just how I wanted before leaving. I had such a good experience I'm actually going back tomorrow to get my wife a new ride. Well done guys. More

Groove sent a message a day later with their inventory for 2017 Ford We inquire on web and another dealership called and we went there to test drive. Groove sent a message a day later with their inventory for 2017 Ford Fusion Energi Platinum. Carol Raines set up our appointment. Terry Cruz did a great job during our test drive explaining all the features. After adjusting couple things in the pricing we decided to purchase the car here. Finance group can make some improvements in their paper work aspects. They are simply too busy for you. We went back couple times to learn more about the car. Found Brian Johnson very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone this dealership. Carol continues to be quite responsive and friendly for all our questions. More

I have bought two cars from Brian and I don't plan on buying from anyone else. They work hard to get you the best price and to find you what you are looking for. Brian and the Groove staff are fun and nice and always available to answer questions or help even after you have purchased the car and driven it off the lot. I have sent friends and family to Brian at Groove and I will continue to do so. Brian is the furthest thing from a pushy car salesman. He for sure gets the job done without the stress and pressure you receive at other car dealerships. He's a great guy and has a real passion for cars and getting people what they want! I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an enjoyable and stress free experience while buy a new or used car. More

Great Experience With New Lease The lease on our 2014 vehicle was coming to an end and we thought our only option was to try and buy the lease out, but after talking to Sean, Todd Er The lease on our 2014 vehicle was coming to an end and we thought our only option was to try and buy the lease out, but after talking to Sean, Todd Ermentraut and Brian Johnson, we were pleasantly surprised to find out we were wrong. Everyone at Groove Ford was great to work with, but Sean made sure to show us all of our options and made sure we had all the information needed to make an informed decision. He also listened to what we were looking for and we left after a couple of hours with a great new Escape. Couldn't be happier with Sean and the entire process at Groove Ford. More

3500 Lariat Dually Tri color white! I came buy to check out the trucks and I couldn't find the one I wanted by wandering the lot alone. My salesperson, Gabrielle (Gabe), found what I wa I came buy to check out the trucks and I couldn't find the one I wanted by wandering the lot alone. My salesperson, Gabrielle (Gabe), found what I wanted and pulled it up front for me. Even though it was parked next to a new lifted truck with custom wheels, my dually stood out on it's own as an awesome truck. These new Ford Trucks practically sell themselves. Having bought about 7 new cars I am used to beating up sales on the price, but at Groove Ford I didn't have to. Scott presented the truck and its options and we discussed what was important to keep or take away to get to my price. Now the Finance battle... not an issue at all. I was able to work down my interest rate with down payment and having my finance guy do the battle to get what I want . Finally, the experience was easy and fun. Gabe is a caring and thoughtful salesperson who I check in with now and then, just to stay in touch and see how she is doing. I can share my experiences with my new truck to help her show new customers things only an owner can know. They make me feel as special returning to visit as the day I was the buyer. Try that at any other car dealership. More
