I tool my 22 altima in 5 times for the same problem (seat heaters) they work less now than before they touched it . And now they will no longer return my messages . Absolutely love the car just wish the loca heaters) they work less now than before they touched it . And now they will no longer return my messages . Absolutely love the car just wish the local dealership was competent enough to fixed the seat heaters. Also this is the first negative and only review I've left on anything but I'm truly dissapointed about it. More

I had my car towed to Southlake Nissan because it wouldn’t start. Upon arrival, I described what was happening and Brian immediately said it was the battery! Np.. the battery ( quite dead) was repla wouldn’t start. Upon arrival, I described what was happening and Brian immediately said it was the battery! Np.. the battery ( quite dead) was replaced and I was on my way in no time. HOWEVER later on that evening my car wouldn’t start again. Same clicking noise. I had to have my car towed home ( late Saturday evening) and wait until Monday morning to call Southlake. Brian was immediately apologetic and sent a tow truck to pick up my car at their expense. As luck would have it, my starter also needed to be replaced. Several dollars more but I appreciate their professionalism and kindness! They kept the car an extra day to make sure it started each time and 3 months later, I haven’t had any problems since. More
