I work in Sales, have my whole career. She's got the winning combo of professionalism, humor, attentive to details, and clearly dedicated. When I come back to buy my next vehicle, I expect she will have been promoted well within your ranks. Steve in Finance was also a gem. Very professional and well spoken. The sales people are awesome. The service center not so great. My 2020 Ford Escape was in your service department for 3 1/2 months for a bad transmission. I had it for one month. When I picked my car u great. My 2020 Ford Escape was in your service department for 3 1/2 months for a bad transmission. I had it for one month. When I picked my car up after it was fixed. They brought my car out to me filthy inside and out. It looked 5 yrs old. I dropped it off shiney and new. I was very disappointed and upset. Now there is a recall on the view rear camera. Not happy. Eric Paget did not care. More

(2 Explorer Sports, an Edge ST, 2 Escape Titaniums, an Escape We currently own 7 vehicles that were all purchased from Brian Huglin at San Tan Ford. (2 Explorer Sports, an Edge ST, 2 Escape Titaniums, an Escape SEL, and a Ranger Sport. We love every one of them and that doesn't include the list of previous purchases that have been replaced by newer models over the last few years. Brian always makes sure we get the best deal and Kareem is so patient showing us all our options on the lot and letting us test drive them to make sure we like the "fit and feel". There is a reason we keep going back to San Tan and Brian and Kareem. Great vehicles that are dependable and a great buying experience.
