I have been in the car business for a long time- I have made a lot of close friends along the way. I enjoy hearing about other peoples life experiences - the good and the bad- I truly enjoy what I do- - My wife and daughter are from Oregon - our 4 grandchildren reside there. I like the format of dealerater because it gives a potential client the opportunity to work with the person of their choice. We have all had bad experiences and this helps to alleviate most of them! I have alot of Veteran clients- My hat goes off to them - as I was also in the Army. I had a few troubles with my Lincoln Continental. James was my service advisor. He did an excellent job working with the insurance to get all my issues addressed. John Dye was completely helpful and accommodating when we returned the 2022 Edge we took home to buy the 2020 Titanium Edge instead. He also was more informative regarding the reason the financed amount was returned the 2022 Edge we took home to buy the 2020 Titanium Edge instead.
