We're filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office For ODOMETER FRAUD! Santan Ford committed ODOMETER FRAUD! The car had 3200 miles on it when we bought it. I was adamant th General's office For ODOMETER FRAUD! Santan Ford committed ODOMETER FRAUD! The car had 3200 miles on it when we bought it. I was adamant that I did NOT want a loaner or rental ...and that I wanted a new car and the lower, interest rate that come with that....show me another car. They, (saleswoman and finance man) told us that "Even though it had 3200 miles on it, Ford Motor Credit would finance it as a new car because it was never used as a loaner or rental and only driven by the owners and specific managers. We were also getting a discount on the car because of the 3200 miles". We had to sign off on the odometer paperwork in financing....the mileage was listed 32 ...when we said they were missing a couple of zeros, they said "32 means 3200 in our world". Reported mileage to Arizona Dept. of Motor Vehicles? 32! That's ODOMETER FRAUD! They also reported the car had 9 miles, the day after we bought it and brought it home! (reported to Ford via the VIN) for a service that never happened! Less than 2 weeks after we bought the car, we had to bring it in (already) for service. This service, which would have required them to post/notate the current mileage. This service appointment and subsequent repair, was NEVER reported or notated on the VIN. When I asked for a recipe the service advisor, Eric Thompson, said "No need...no charge". Pretty slick, huh? They are low life, lying, thieving, xxxx. Avoid them like the plague! We went in looking for a very specific vehicle as we had done our research prior to going out into the market. When we showed up John greeted us and was very helpful and honest with us regarding all of our done our research prior to going out into the market. When we showed up John greeted us and was very helpful and honest with us regarding all of our questions. He understood our situation and showed us some extra vehicles we might be interested in. We asked John for his card as we told him if we decided to go with Ford we would like to come back and go through the sales process with him. At that point a manager who identified himself as Cameron came out and talked with us about what we thought. I expressed the vehicle we had in mind for Ford was a bit smaller than we anticipated as the competitors we looked at were a bit roomier. He then began directing his conversation at my husband while I was the one asking questions. My husband walked away from the conversation at which point Cameron asked what our budget was. Once I answered with around where we would like to keep out budget around he proceeded to try to tell me I couldn't afford anything on their lot unless I bought a 2015 used vehicle which would not be more false. It was very clear he was trying to make a pressure sale. We walked out of the dealership and will not be going back in the future. More

When you bought a bad Vroom vehicle San Tan has been our family's dealer of choice for Service since 2011. Recently we went rogue and purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited from Vroom.co San Tan has been our family's dealer of choice for Service since 2011. Recently we went rogue and purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited from Vroom.com (yes, I know, dumb). Upon delivery we noticed a few things that weren't right with the body and took it to San Tan Service for an inspection during our "7-day test drive" period, where they confirmed there appeared to be body work to the vehicle that Vroom.com did not disclosed to us. So we returned the Vroom.com Explorer...enter our favorite team who saw an opportunity and seized it. There was a 2017 Ford Explorer Limited that San Tan Used Cars just acquired and they took us right to it (intake writing still on the windshield and not yet detailed). We were interested so they put it at the front of the line for their internal inspection. They were able to certify it and within a week we were driving our Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Ford Explorer Limited!! That was out 4th purchase at San Tan (3 used, 1 new)...never going rogue again! Thanks to Eric and Anthony in Service and John and Cameron in Sales. You guys are quite the team! More

Beware they practice Spot Delivery Scam I fell victim to their spot delivery scam. I had no idea I was not financed when leaving after signing a contract and leaving the down payment. The contract listed the selling price,APR, term and down payment. But after doing research on this scam I saw that the dealer did not sign. So this is how they get away with spot delivery. That line is left blank hoping you don’t catch it. They contacted me 9 days after driving off with the new car to inform me of the “ great news” I was accepted at a bank for a loan but under different terms than I had signed for. That there was a mistake and sometimes it happens. So either re-negotiate the deal at a much higher payment than I can afford or return the vehicle and get my trade back. The finance person I spoke with also threatened me saying if I didn’t return the car immediately he can make my life very difficult. When I spoke with the Manager Brian, he was trying to offer me a deal so they would not have to unwind the deal. I did not want to do any further business with them, I told him I was aware of what this scam was and he screamed at me saying we were just trying to get you into a car!!! Then hung up on me. More
