I have been with Nissan for 16 years. Having owned several Nissan’s and sold 1000’s so I can speak to the Quality, Innovation, and Reliability of the Nissan Product. I like to go over the vehicles in detail so that you fully understand what you’re getting when you get a Nissan from myself and Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills. My goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service and a non-pressuring shopping experience. I am here to answer any questions you may have. I take care of my customers before, during, and after the sale. All my customers are given my personal cell phone number and can reach me day and night with any questions or concerns. I also give all my customers car washes for life on any vehicle you bring me even if you didn't get it from me and yes I wash your car personally:) It is my little way to say thank you for your business. I love my new Altima! Brian was my sales person, very informative as well as friendly! His sales manager Lydia made sure I was being taken care of at all times. Everything from the price of the car, as w informative as well as friendly! His sales manager Lydia made sure I was being taken care of at all times. Everything from the price of the car, as well as offering to go get my wife lunch! I was able to get a brand new 2013 Altima for under $22k as well as 0% for 60 months!! lSuburban Nissan has huge end of model your close outs right now! Never at anytime did i feel presurred or mis lead. Brian and Lydia were very transperant with all rebates and incentives available to me and my wife. The price i was given was not a "mystery" but yet explained to me and my wife thoroughly. Brian and Lydia gave great customer service from beginning to end. This is why im giving them such high marks, and would refer them to all my friends and faimly! Thank you Suburban for making this such a great experience! More
