I have been with Nissan for 16 years. Having owned several Nissan’s and sold 1000’s so I can speak to the Quality, Innovation, and Reliability of the Nissan Product. I like to go over the vehicles in detail so that you fully understand what you’re getting when you get a Nissan from myself and Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills. My goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service and a non-pressuring shopping experience. I am here to answer any questions you may have. I take care of my customers before, during, and after the sale. All my customers are given my personal cell phone number and can reach me day and night with any questions or concerns. I also give all my customers car washes for life on any vehicle you bring me even if you didn't get it from me and yes I wash your car personally:) It is my little way to say thank you for your business. I recently leased a 2023 Nissan Altima SV at Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills. My leasing experience with Owner Loyalty Manager Shaun Bradley was smooth and effortless. Shaun is truly a professional Nissan of Farmington Hills. My leasing experience with Owner Loyalty Manager Shaun Bradley was smooth and effortless. Shaun is truly a professional. He is kind and friendly but most importantly very knowledgeable regarding the Nissan Products. While sedans were seemingly in short supply, Shaun was able to locate an Altima with the trim level, color and options I wanted. Shaun offered me a great deal which I eagerly accepted. My entire experience with him and the entire staff at Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills was truly amazing. Nissan Brand Specialist Brian Evans assisted by delivering my new car. Brian likewise is very professional. He was extremely helpful as he reviewed the basics with me that I needed to know to operate my vehicle. I'm giving five stars to Shaun, Brian and Suburban Nissan for a great sales experience. I'm impressed with the staff at this dealership and the Nissan Altima as well. More

Brian was very helpful in getting our daughter her first car purchase. He was able to assist us even though it was almost closing time and got all the paperworks ready for my daughter to be able to pick up car purchase. The day I got my car, the deals hip I was going to sold it. I immediately searched for another and got into contact with Brian. Lemme tell you something. This man don't know me from a can ah paint BUT h it. I immediately searched for another and got into contact with Brian. Lemme tell you something. This man don't know me from a can ah paint BUT he treated me like genuine family. I needed a car that day , but knew I may not get it until the following day. He exceeded my expecations and got into a car that day. He got the paper work done FAST! HE REALLY looked out for me. We laughed the entire time and he explained everything to me in so much detail. Oh get this! This man does his job so xxxx well they closed at 6 and he still educated me on how to use my car and set my Bluetooth up AND WASHED IT! FULL TANK OF GAS! Lemme tell you something! I will continue to be one of Brian's customers because I really don't want to build a new relation with another dealer! I am a Brian only customer. Now take this review, take yo tail to the dealership I went to, ask for Brian and give that man his flowers while he hooking you up in your new car. I promise you will take away a new car and a hella pleasant experience. Customer service skills were on point! I couldn't have asked for a enter person to help me. Brian if you are reading this I wanna say thank you so much for getting me in a car the day I came because the way my car is set up, I thought I might not see the next day.
