Marco got me into my first Mercedes almost ten years ago and I’ve felt safest in his hands ever since. My husband and I both only see Marco when it’s time for a new vehicle because we know he’ll take care o and I’ve felt safest in his hands ever since. He’s consistently made it a simple, easy, and wonderful experience and we won’t go anywhere else. Marco goes above and beyond and I will continue to refer anyone to him. Avondale has a great selection and everyone we spoke to was courteous and genuinely kind. My daughter was made comfortable in the play room and loves the hot chocolate! Marco just takes it a step further and knocks it out of the park with the experience he provides. We are clients of his for life. Oh and the car is wonderful, I absolutely love my EQE, thank you!! More

My wife has been evaluating and buying previously owned cars over the internet for many years. We have almost always had positive experiences. The best was this last transaction working with Marco Pere cars over the internet for many years. We have almost always had positive experiences. The best was this last transaction working with Marco Perez (Internet Sales Experience Manager) at Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine, Texas where we bought a used Subaru Forrester. Everything during our time with this personable, smart and experienced individual was first class. But what really impressed me was his knowledge of various features and components on a Subaru. While the dealership obviously focuses on Mercedes-Benz, Marco had answers for all of our questions about another brand. He easily set up and demonstrated the operations I would need for the drive home (such as bluetooth connections for our phones, cruise control, etc.). He even fixed an unrelated problem I had with my iPhone and how I could charge it faster! We also spent time in an interesting conversation with Brian Day, the dealership's E-Commerce Manager. Obviously, this dealership (part of the Avondale group) specializes in internet-based sales. To support this channel, they have staffed it with very capable people and equipped it with systems that deliver a first class buying experience. 5 Stars all the way around. More

Marco was fantastic to work with! We'll definitely be looking for him when we get our next car. Generally happy with the dealership, but was very surprised to find the car was only charged to 15% when we went to pick it up. They did charge it to full for us for no charge, which is the right thing to do, but it wasn't what we had expected to see when we came to get the car. It was also surprising to find out that they hadn't put any windshield washer fluid in the car. And the inside of the car was dusty when we picked it up, but the detailing manager assured us a few days later that it has been detailed. To be clear none of this is on Marco, he is in sales and can only go with what his support team has told him has been done to the car. Marco was very apologetic and thanked us numerous times for our patience. For these very minor inconveniences, Marco has gone above and beyond what I would expect of a sales consultant. I really appreciate all he has done for us! More

This is your classic 1960's dealership. You test drive the car, get your trade in appraised and they give you a price. Of course the car you are buying is at list price and the trade in is You test drive the car, get your trade in appraised and they give you a price. Of course the car you are buying is at list price and the trade in is $10,000 under what Kelly Blue Book shows it as. When you balk at the deal, the sales person gets up and gets the 'sales manager'. He is nothing short of thug who tries to intimidate you and bad mouth the many, many things wrong on your trade in, even though in my case it has only 8,000 miles on it and is in superb condition. I will buy a Mercedes but certainly won't buy it from this place. More
