I was lie to as well as over charged for the vehicle. I express that I did not want any extra coverages but, yet they still put it on my contract. I sign one time but somehow receive two contract. Working with Brian Cosgrove was great. I had let him know the car I was looking for, He remember months later and gave me a call right away. I was curious about seeing what other offers were available from other dealerships, just to put my mind at ease. He gave me warnings about what other dealerships would say and do and was completely right. At the end of the day, If I ever need a car I would rather deal with no one else. The whole experience was 10/10 would recommend! More
