I am very happy with my experience. Brett had the truck I wanted already brought up to the front of the building. We looked at it and I fell in love with it! Brett was very knowledgeable and patient he never rushed us with our decision and took the time to go thru every detail of the vehicle. He listened to our needs and helped us feel at ease with our purchase. We were very impressed that he came in on his day off to finalize the purchase and to take us to the insurance office. The service we received was really good. We were referred to a salesman and he was very attentive to our needs. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was our vehicle was supposed to be detailed b to a salesman and he was very attentive to our needs. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was our vehicle was supposed to be detailed before we picked it up and it was cleaner than it was when we took it out for a test drive but it was as clean as we thought it should have been. In addition, there were a few dings on the vehicle that weren't visible when we took it out for a test drive because of the dirt on the vehicle and we weren't made aware of them before our purchase. All in all, our experience was good. The price was good and the service was accommodating. We would definitely recommend this dealership. More

We were very happy with the Escape that we bought. Ryan, did a wonderful job at explaining all of the models we were looking at. He has been excellent with Customer Service and follow up. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was what we perceived as lack of communication between the Sales Manager and the Finance guy. The Sales Manger went over things and stated that the Finance person would explain some areas in better detail and once we were with the Finance guy, he had assumed that things had been explained to us , so we had to ask him to slow down and explain some things to us. This was in the area of what the ProPack was. Other then that our whole experience was wonderful and we would feel comfortable recomending this dealership to others. More

This was the first new vehicle that I have bought. Brett was very helpful, asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and then we went and looked at the Ford Edges.
