Service has been terrible it’s been one excuse after another with no regard to our time. Twice now we have been told we had a loaner vehicle by our service rep to find out they didn’t have one. I called to get my tires rotated because they did not rotate them when my oil was changed. I talked to the general manager. He had Brian call to set up the appointment Brian would be in the office for 10 rotate them when my oil was changed. I talked to the general manager. He had Brian call to set up the appointment Brian would be in the office for 10 mins. I called back he was gone. I called the next morning. Brian was out of the office. The service manager set up the appointment for the rotation and wash. Grove picked up my car. I think they rotated the tires they certainly didn’t wash it. Although Joshua commented on how pretty my car was and they vacuum as well. When My car was returned there was the same bird poop on the door. Still horrible service. More

Patrick was my salesman. He was amazing. Management was amazing too. They were helpful and patient. Jeremy in finance was great as well. The only reason for 2 stars is the de He was amazing. Management was amazing too. They were helpful and patient. Jeremy in finance was great as well. The only reason for 2 stars is the detail shop. I bought a used car that had just opened up for sale. It was pretty filthy. I was told the car would be detailed in the morning before pickup. I picked it up and they basically washed the outside and very very lightly vacuumed. This was no detail. Door jams covered in dirt and dust, hinges caked in oil/dirt, sand and crumbs everywhere. The floor mats were still covered in sand. And there was trash in the door pocket. I'm sure they're busy and rushing but wow. Patrick is working with me to get the car in for a proper detail. Would have rather had a voucher to schedule it myself. No way would the detail shop have done this xxxx poor of a job on a paying customer or if the car was going to hit the lot. Once this is rectified I will up the star count More
