The experience was stellar with great attention to detail and customer service as well as pricing. I was neither oversold nor undersold. My salesman and his managers delivered on every promise. AND the after sales customer service was equally incredible. When the vehicle was delivered my salesman, Brian went over every detail of the car from its technology to the convenience features in the vehicle. I have purchased Porsches, Bmw's and Land Rovers and no experience even begins to compare how I was treated at this dealership. My wife is due for a new car and I am trying to convince her to buy an Audi just so we can repeat the buying experience again. More

Just go somewhere else if You have less than perfect credit but still enough to finance an Audi. I had a great experience with the salesman Brendan, he is kind and knows the br You have less than perfect credit but still enough to finance an Audi. I had a great experience with the salesman Brendan, he is kind and knows the brand well and was more than happy to sale the Q3 Premium Plus I went to see. However, when I was passed on to deal with John who is the Manager involved with getting a bank to lease or finance your loan...what a disaster. It was a Saturday and Jon couldn't find a bank to lease or finance the car so he said he would call me back on Monday. Needless to say, I never heard back from him and although I reached out to Brendan...it was futile. I ended up going to another Audi dealer and purchased a Q3 Prestige at a much better price than that of the Premium Plus at Audi Burlington. I would never step foot in that dealer again. I felt discriminated and as if my money wasn't good enough for them. I gave them 3 stars because Brendan was great and because if it hadn't been for this awful experience I wouldn't now have such an awesome car with such an awesome deal. If I could rate the work Jon performed separately I'd give the dealership one star. Does he even care about the customer? Never called, never emailed. Just awful. More
