By far the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. Brendan Leary made the biggest difference in my decision to purchase from Audi Burlington. Both Brendan Leary and Raymond Herbert were unprofessional, unsympathetic, and dismissive of the Vehicle malfunction that put my wife's life at risk as our brand new Audi A3 TURNED OFF as she d unprofessional, unsympathetic, and dismissive of the Vehicle malfunction that put my wife's life at risk as our brand new Audi A3 TURNED OFF as she drove down the highway Forcing her to merge through lanes of traffic with no power whatsoever running to the car as to not be rear ended while the car rapidly declined in speed. The explanation I was given was that the car 'needed a software update' that led to the malfunction. I'm sorry but no software update should override a moving vehicles electrical system. After expressing the concern of my family's safety in the vehicle I requested to speak with Adnan Sehovic about our options of getting into another vehicle. I went to the dealership to meet with Adnan at the time I informed them I'd be there to find out he'd already left. Brendan informed me he could not give me a loaner and de-emphasized the severity of my situation several times saying how seriously Audi takes customer service yet would not go above and beyond to call another manager at my request so I may speak to someone about this. When I asked Brendan who would be paying for my Lyft's that I had to take there and home, he laughed and said ' you are'. The car should never have turned off on the highway putting a life at risk which is the most important issue at hand and hopefully anyone that's considering an Audi will read this and be more informed of the Safety Concerns on these vehicles. If you still decide to go down this path I hope your vehicle is safer than ours and may you be treated with the respect we all deserve as consumers. More
