Feels like family from the moment you pull onto the lot. I always feel welcomed by Joel (Shoestrang someone called him), Matt (Matty Ice), Woody, and Nick. The second I walk into the building, I feel very I always feel welcomed by Joel (Shoestrang someone called him), Matt (Matty Ice), Woody, and Nick. The second I walk into the building, I feel very much like part of the crew. I trust these guys with all of my vehicle needs. Whether its service or it's time to get a new ride, I will always go see these guys. No pressure, not pushy, very laid back, but they know details on almost every vehicle on the lot new or used. Once they know you're interested, they do a great job of making sure they are answering all your questions, but they also aren't pushy at all. Definitely an all star team for McKenzie Buick GMC. Will see you all soon!! More

Everyone was so nice and pleasant to work with. They answered all our questions and exceeded all our expectations. When we got home and my sister and her husband saw our truck and we told them about yall, they wanted to come buy a truck from you. We told them there was another one just like ours, sadly it appears yall have already sold out of all trucks (SLT) with premium package, or yall would have sold another truck. Liz and Brandon where both awesome. I hate shopping for vehicles, but they made it a great experience. Thank you very much for blowing us away, we absolutely love our truck and fully expect service to be the same. We bought the service agreement because of the people up front are awesome.
