It's not every day that you have the opportunity to purchase a new or used vehicle This is the way car buying should be - easy, relaxed and enjoyable. It's not every day that you have the opportunity to purchase a new or used vehicle so when you do you want it to be a good experience. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful and not just in picking the car you want but in deciding where to purchase it. That decision is almost just as important and requires the same diligence and research you would put into the vehicle itself. These guys at Volvo of Tucson are changing the way you think about purchasing a vehicle. I had initially met Brandon a few months ago when looking for a used SUV but after shopping around a bit decided to postpone my purchase. Branden was very professional and knowledgeable and offered very little pressure for me to make a purchase immediately. I kept his number in my phone and when the time came that I was in the market again, I gave him a rang. He wasn't working the hours we had planned to come in which is when we met Don Nilles. Don was also great and showed us some of the vehicle we were looking at. He was great to work with and didn't mind when we went on a unusually long test drive. He was professional and polite and wasn't pushy in the slightest. Definitely a departure from your typical car salesman. He thanked us for stopping by and we went on our way. Long story short, we ended up going back a couple of days later purchasing the vehicle we had test drove. The purchasing experience was also very easy and comfortable. Branden was great in this area as well, he has a very relaxed personality but also this subtle sense of humor that definitely helps ease the stress of making the purchase. We agreed upon a price that was very reasonable and filled out the required paperwork and the sale was made. What more can I say? If you're shopping for a vehicle and Volvo of Tucson shows up in your search, don't hesitate to pull the trigger and head on down and check them out. You won't be disappointed you did. More

Awesome Customer Service Yesterday, I bought an in excellent condition used Ford Flex from Volvo of Tucson. I had been dreaming of owning a Flex for a long time, and knew they Yesterday, I bought an in excellent condition used Ford Flex from Volvo of Tucson. I had been dreaming of owning a Flex for a long time, and knew they were good cars. So, I looked online and saw that Volvo of Tucson had one for sale. I drove down to the dealership to check it out and the Flex was beautiful. Branden was an excellent salesman, friendly and had all the answers to my questions. Everything from meeting Branden the Salesman , Mo in finance, and lastly to driving off the lot in my new car was simple and easy. They made me feel at home. I have never had a car buying experience like before. Volvo of Tucson has a great and hard working staff that is ready to help you get into the car of your dreams. When I shared all my options with Brandon, he helped me check on one particular car from another dealership and made very frank comment that it was a good deal but cautioned me there might be damage to it. When I went to check the car and indeed there was damage to it. So I went back to Brandon and got the deal he had for me. I really appreciated his honesty and candor. More

Maybe my best car buying experience ever. Buying a car can sometimes be a stressful experience and it really shouldn't be that way. It should be fun! Too many dealerships (and sales people) Buying a car can sometimes be a stressful experience and it really shouldn't be that way. It should be fun! Too many dealerships (and sales people) use the wrong approach by applying unneeded pressure to the process. During my recent search for replacing my 2010 Ford Edge, I experienced both good and bad sales techniques. Some involved almost daily emails and phone calls which were both unwanted and unproductive. When I buy a car it is going to be because I found the car that I wanted and I was comfortable with both the deal that I got and the confidence I felt with the dealership. Volvo of Tucson and salesman Branden Hansen scored big in both of theses areas. Over a 6-8 week period I evaluated several vehicles and drove 3 at this dealership in addition to several more at other places. I finally decided on a 2013 Volvo S60 with extremely low mileage and which met most all of my requirements. At no time did I ever get the feeling that I was being pushed to buy a car that they wanted to sell, but, rather that I was allowed to find the one that I wanted. Making the deal itself was relatively quick and painless and contained no surprises just as it should be. At all times through the process Branden maintained just the right amount of contact with me to keep in touch without being overbearing. I was introduced to the sales manager (Mike) and he was likewise very helpful without being pushy. Branden answered all my questions and was available when I needed him. What more can you ask for? Overall my experience was excellent and the likelihood of using this dealership for a future purchase is high. More
