Extremely knowledgeable , present , great attitude , and really listened to what my needs were. I'm 53 years old and I have purchased a lot of vehicles from numerous car dealerships. Steven was, by far , the best salesman I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Keith and Brad were also very helpful and friendly !! More

From the time you are greeted by a polite receptionist/greeter at the front door, and then introduced to your one sales person, everything in buying a new car is totally pleasant! No strong arm tactics, no bait and switch with pricing, and having a smart, knowledgable salesperson is a great way to do business. This is my second Subaru and my first experience with Wilsonville Subaru. I highly recommend BOTH… the car (2019 Outback) and the dealer! My salesperson, Daniel Ramirez has been with the dealership since it opened, and was fantastic to work with. More

Smooth and easy I went in to help my son find a new Subaru, and to my surprise I saw in their used car selection a car that fit not only my budget, but my taste. I bo I went in to help my son find a new Subaru, and to my surprise I saw in their used car selection a car that fit not only my budget, but my taste. I bought a very clean used car that had all the bells and whistles I wanted, without the price you might expect. The whole transaction was seamless from purchase, to trade in, to driving home. Amazing Dealership I walked in on Saturday and had said I wanted to test drive a few cars. I actually didn't like the salesman I fist got so they found me Holly! Now she I walked in on Saturday and had said I wanted to test drive a few cars. I actually didn't like the salesman I fist got so they found me Holly! Now she was absolutely amazing. I told her right away I wasnt buying a car today. She didn't pressure me once. Once I was done test driving I decided to purchase the car. It was very easy and she walked me through each step. When I got approved I got many high fives and a few hugs! 97% of the people that work here are wonderful. If I buy again it will only be here. Thank you from the bottom of my heat for making my experience so great! More

Once I decided on my choice (2019 Forester Touring) and had test driven it, James sat me down to go over the options and paperwork. It's a lengthy process and I had several questions.... James was the soul of patience. He answered my questions thoroughly (some I admit more than once). I was initially skeptical of the claim of no pressure but it turned out to be true. James also went over the many features in the cabin at length before I left. When it was clear I was a bit overwhelmed he suggested I return another day to get a further tutorial on the bits and bobs. I am very much enjoying the car. It is clear that Subaru has thought of everything. It's a responsive, easy to handle car with every conceivable technological safety feature. With increasing traffic congestion safety and reliability are paramount. I would recommend Wilsonville Subaru in large part due to James's customer service. Also, the car is a beauty! More
