I called Brad from San Antonio. He arranged a virtual tour of the car and test drive. I told Brad where I needed to be, and he met me right there. There was none of that haggling back and forth and promising and not delivering xx. Brad’s a man of his word and is a great communicator. He kept me in the loop through the entire process. We basically did the deal over the phone and the next day I picked up the car. There’s a reason why Dallas Lease Returns has a 4.8 star rating on google. They’re the real deal. Once again, Brad Hoang is _the_ _man_. Not two hours later, I get a call back with him asking me to swing by as he has a "surprise." So, given how wildly perfect his last find was for me, I headed on down. Not only did he find another creepily perfect match to my requirements, this has to be, hands-down, the cleanest used car in the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Brad really went above and beyond again, and he made the entire process completely painless and convenient.
