Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was nice and very helpful. My only problem is the person that detailed my car didn’t do a good job on the inside, but other than that I highly recomm was nice and very helpful. I am not an avid Bama fan but still buy from MB Irondale because of the people not Nick Sabin. People are the reason we go where we go and buy where we buy. Not who we root for on Saturday ( but I do pull because of the people not Nick Sabin. People are the reason we go where we go and buy where we buy. Not who we root for on Saturday ( but I do pull for BAMA whenever they play). Never met Nick Sabin nor has he met me but I have met Greg Forrest several times and the next time I get the itch for a new MB ( and that is way too often) I will call Greg and end up with what I want and leave with a smile and of course my "last" car. All the others at MB Irondale are also terrific. I couldn't start the car much less have any knowledge of the countless high tech additions and safety features without Arrie's help. That's one smart thinker. So I love the place and it is all because of the people and who knows one day Nick Sabin may want to meet me. More

I was very anxious about buying a used car in a foreign country and I wasn't familiar with the system. Djiby was incredibly patient and helpful from the start, answering all my questions with honesty and integrity. I bought a used non-Mercedes vehicle (probably the least expensive car on the lot), but I still felt like a very valued customer - a testament to the service I received from Djiby. During the purchase process, all the financial paperwork was arranged by Boubacar Thiam seamlessly and he also answered all my questions in a very friendly and helpful manner.
