This place offers the worst costumer service I have seen in my life, the first time I went to this place everyone was so nice and friendly but as soon after I bought my car the problems started to happen. in my life, the first time I went to this place everyone was so nice and friendly but as soon after I bought my car the problems started to happen. I went back because I had a couple of problems with my car the sales representative (john jay) told me they couldn't do anything and I would have to speak with the manager but off course he wasn't there. I called three times the secretaries would hang up on me or for some reason he wouldn't return my phone call, I was fed up with the situation so I had to go personally three times before they could solve the problem because all I got from them was a run around, they decided to take my car to the dealership in Southampton because they couldn't do anything that was understandable, and they were supposed to give me a rental for the week but all the person in charge told me all they had was a mini van and his own words he told me "take it or leave it " I would taken the car but it was the nastiness of all the associates working there that really annoyed me. After I got my car back the side of my car was scratch and dented by the passenger side, I went back and told the manager and instead of trying to fix the problem he gave me an attitude and told me he couldn't do anything. Please if u ever come across this place LEAVE ! They have no costumer service and once you buy the car they won't fix the problems thy will just be nasty about it. I regret ever stepping in this place because I was never treated so disrespectfully in my life. More

Our sales person was Bonnie Campbell and we purchased a used 2010 Honda Pilot EX in April 2013. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When we took a test drive she pointed used 2010 Honda Pilot EX in April 2013. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When we took a test drive she pointed out all the features on the Pilot and any additional options that were added on this vehicle. We never felt pressured during the buying process to make quick decision and she worked with us on the price so we could get a deal we were comfortable with. This is the first time we have purchased a Honda. After visiting other dealers and talking with other sales people, our experience with Bonnie and will make us return again when we are in the market for another car. More

I live in Brooklyn NY and traveled 2 hours to buy a car from Apple Honda, a dealer who beat everyones price. I've bought and/or leased 7 Hondas--the last 6 from Apple. Every experience has been positive from start to finish. My use of the service dept. has been minimal--it's a Honda!!! The occasional recall has been done quickly and efficiently. The sales dept. has always been informative and friendly--suggesting alternatives and options over the years when I wanted something different. I have no complaints regarding pressure to sell. Bonnie Campbell has been terrific with the last two purchases. She patiently answered all my questions with knowledge and honesty to help me make the best decision--she's the best! My requests to skip the inevitable presentation for added coverages has been accepted and made my last several closings pleasant, quick, and easy. I have every reason to continue using Apple and will always look for Bonnie Campbell. More

We were so overly pleased with Bonnie and her professionalism. We were shown exactly what we wanted and given a very reasonable price. I am very leery of push salespeople, but Bonnie never cros professionalism. We were shown exactly what we wanted and given a very reasonable price. I am very leery of push salespeople, but Bonnie never crossed that line. She was upfront, honest and extremely informative. She answered questions about the car we didn't even think about, but yet were so important. I have already referred one friend to her and would happily refer more. Our car buying experience was very easy and we thank Bonnie for a job well done! More

I was very pleased with the work performed. I came in for a simple oild change only to find out my brakes were dangerously low. This is my third new-car purchase of a Honda at Apple. I return and give business to a dealership that treated me very well in the first place. This third experience was as good, if not better, than the first two. Bonnie Campbell was totally professional and exceedingly knowledgeable and very competent. Adam assisted her in the final details which made it possible for me to feel good about the money I got on my trade-in, plus the value in my new Honda Fit. The Financial Officer, Paul, is a gentleman and very easy to do business with. I had no idea that I would be able to make this deal work in one visit. However, the team at Apple made it just as easy as pie - APPLE PIE, that is ! Thanks, team Apple ! This has been a great new car experience and I will send any business your way that I can !
