Excellent experience except for financial services Patty, my salesperson was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Victor and all other managers were professional and helpful. I never felt pressured. The Patty, my salesperson was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Victor and all other managers were professional and helpful. I never felt pressured. The only poor experience was Glen in finances. The apr offered was over 5% with a credit score of 840. I will have to refinance elsewhere. He answered all questions however appeared annoyed and the process was rushed. Forms were not explained as he was asking me to sign. I had to ask. I’m not sure which Eric I worked with. More

Previously Eric G was my salesperson...but with his promotion to Manager we h I have been to Apple Honda 4 times now and love how I treated each time. Previously Eric G was my salesperson...but with his promotion to Manager we had the pleasure of working with Keenan...he never made me feel uncomfortable or that I had to buy a car that day. He got me the car I needed and on two different occasions took the time to explain the electronics in the vehicle. He did this all with a smile and never pressured me. More
