I was extreamly satisfied with the working with Walt Kustra and Rob Preston, to find a deal that worked for all parties. Both were direct and did not waste time with haggling over price and trade allow Kustra and Rob Preston, to find a deal that worked for all parties. Both were direct and did not waste time with haggling over price and trade allowance. I would have preferred a better interest rate on the loan terms and have since secured other financing. I would have appreciated the finance department working with me to pay off the original loan and recording the lien on the new loan. More

Experience met all of our expectations from the initial telephone call for information through to the financing and the final handshake. My very first experience of buying a brand new car was a very pleasant,exciting experience for me which included the personnel working at Preston Toyota. Danny Torsello, sales person, was very friendly, kn very pleasant,exciting experience for me which included the personnel working at Preston Toyota. Danny Torsello, sales person, was very friendly, knowledgable, easy to deal with, professional and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and relaxed while going through the process and paperwork of buying a new car. Bobby Preston was very friendly and professional and wanting to make sure that we (my husband and I) were satisfied with all angles of buying a car. He made his appearance known to us throughout the entire process and this speaks for itself. Presence is a powerful thing! This also goes for Danny, who was with us most of our visit. Whenvever he would get calls on his cell phone, he would ignore them and only focus on us. In a world of continous cell phone usage and distactions, Danny put us first and put all of his efforts to us. This was greatly appreciated and shows that Danny is dedicated to his work and that his current customer is priority! I don't recall Danny's brother's name (sorry) who detailed our car while we were waiting. He was also extremely friendly. He talked to us whle we were distracting him while he was doing his job. He also puts the customer first and wants to make the car buying experience pleasant for the customer. Danny also mentioned to Ed Harris, financial service manaager, how interested my husband was in an extended warranty due to extensive milage with my job. Ed was very friendly and informative. We ended up purchasing an extended warranty for 120,000 miles/6 years which was one of my husband's main concerns in purchasing a new car. I am already enjoying my Toyato Yaris and will for several years. The price was what we were looking for, and I am extremely satisfied with my new car and the service received at Preston Toyota. A 5/5 rating was an easy rating to obtain throughout our entire experience at Preston Toyota. We even drove one hour from Pittsburgh which has numerous upon numerous car dealers around the area to buy our car from Preston Toyota. I can not say enough good about the service we received. Thank you to Danny Torsello, Bobby Preston, Ed Harris, and I can't leave out Bobby's brother. More

My husband & I were shopping for a GMC Acadia and worked out a deal with Bobby Preston. When I showed my husband what I chose, he saw and wanted to drive the 2011 Buick Enclave. We immediately fell in lov out a deal with Bobby Preston. When I showed my husband what I chose, he saw and wanted to drive the 2011 Buick Enclave. We immediately fell in love! They located us one that had the options we wanted and had it the next day! We really couldn't be happier with the service that was provided to us and the friendliness of the entire staff we dealt with... from the sales rep Tom, to the finance rep Tammy, to the Sales Manager Steve and everyone in between! They called to confirm our appointment to test drive the car, confirm they were able to get the vehicle we wanted, worked out a better financing option for us... everything was just wonderful!! We want to thank everyone at the dealership for making the deal so easy for us, a relationship that we will certainly remember when buying our next vehicle and an experience that we are passing on to our family, friends and coworkers! We absolutely LOVE our new Enclave and will be loyal Preston customers for life!! More

What can I say? It was the greatest car buying experience of my life. The hospitality I received while waiting for my car was tremendous. Bobby Preston spent over an hour with me and gave me a per experience of my life. The hospitality I received while waiting for my car was tremendous. Bobby Preston spent over an hour with me and gave me a personal tour of their grand dealership. Bobby is a very humble gentleman with a warm demeanor. The automobile I bought was a 2010 Highlander, and it was the best deal that I was offered in the entire region. Likewise, they pulled off the impossible; they got me the best rate available due to the financial wizardry of their finance managers. They beat my credit union and Capital One by a mile and gave me a payment that I could only dream of. Preston Toyota also gave me a good trade-in value on my car – even matching the amount that I received from a dealer that specializes in the sale of my previous automobile’s make and model. I would continue my narrative but reliving my experience with Preston Toyota has put me at a loss of words. I can’t wait to take my car in for scheduled maintenance – despite the 78 mile roundtrip -- it’s the nicest service waiting area I’ve ever seen, and I’ve driven Infinitis and Saabs. Their waiting area looked like a lobby of a premier Las Vegas hotel. Lastly, I would like to add that Baierl Toyota is only five minutes from my house but after an unprofessional experience with Baierl in the past, I would rather drive 2 hours round-trip. They did everything possible to make buying a car easy and they also did everything they could to put us in the car we wanted. No one tried to talk us into a different car or a more expensive car. They listened to what we wanted and helped us make it happen. I was also impressed with how everyone seemed to work as a team and help each other out which in turn made us feel comfortable. I will definately use this dealership again when I am ready for my next purchase. More
