Great service without being pushed into unnecessary repairs I took my Honda Odyssey in for an issue I was having. I left the vehicle because of the distance from my house to the dealership. Bobby Howard, who sc I took my Honda Odyssey in for an issue I was having. I left the vehicle because of the distance from my house to the dealership. Bobby Howard, who scheduled the appointment told me the approximate time it would take to diagnose the problem and reach the warranty department to find out if any repairs that were needed would be covered. He gave me an approximate time he would call. He called at the time promised and told me what needed to be done. He alerted me to an optional repair, but did not try to push me into the additional repair. The only reason for my low rating on the price is because other Honda dealerships (that are in North Carolina) have charged less than half the price for a diagnostic repair. I would use this dealership again in the future, if needed. More

Oil Change and service After having a bad experience at one of the "quick Lube" centers I decided from now on I would only go to the Honda dealer for my service needs. I am very happy with the service I get at the Honda of the Avenues!! They change the oil and filter and the oil actually stays in the engine and not all over my garage! No problems at Honda of the Avenues!! More

Excellent service! The absolute best place to have your Honda serviced! This is my second Honda (2013 Accord) and I plan to make it last as long as my first Accord (12 y The absolute best place to have your Honda serviced! This is my second Honda (2013 Accord) and I plan to make it last as long as my first Accord (12 years). The guys at Honda of the Avenues are making sure my car lasts and I get my money's worth! Never have I been disappointed about any service received there. Bobby is great and goes above and beyond to take care of ALL of his customers! I highly recommend Honda of the Avenues Service Dept. for ANY service needed on your Honda! More

64000 mile checkup - over the top customer service I am a 7 time Honda owner and love my van. I always get great service at Honda at the Avenues, but this time was exceptional. My long time advisor, B I am a 7 time Honda owner and love my van. I always get great service at Honda at the Avenues, but this time was exceptional. My long time advisor, Bob Mandele, had not arrived yet and the shuttle had left and wouldnt be back for some time, so the advisor who wrote me up introduced me to Pedro who graciously agreed to let me drive my car back to my office (thats 5 minutes away) and he would return it for its scheduled service appointment. Pedro and I talked and chatted like we were OLD friends and I was back to work in less than 20 minutes. Bob called to tell me that my car was ready, went over any issues they found and Kathy the shuttle driver came and promptly came and picked me up so that I could come get my car. Another great experience with Bob and the service department! More

Great Job On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving Matt had to order parts for my car repair. He said they would be in on Wednesday, but I was going out of town for On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving Matt had to order parts for my car repair. He said they would be in on Wednesday, but I was going out of town for Thanksgiving. On Friday I stopped in on my way back home after a 4 hour trip. I could not make an appointment, but wanted to see if there was any chance of getting the repairs done to save me a trip back from the beach. Matt had just gone to lunch, but Bobby did a great job in a very pleasant manner and my car was done within the hour. The cost was exactly what Matt quoted on Tuesday. Thanks, Matt & Bobby. M. Oil Change and Recall Inquiry I went in with no appointment for oil change plus inquired about some recall repairs. Bobby Howard was completely upfront about they were too busy th I went in with no appointment for oil change plus inquired about some recall repairs. Bobby Howard was completely upfront about they were too busy that particular day to do the recall repair without an appointment which I completely understood. I aggreed to do that at a future date. He also was honest that the oil change line would take longer than normal, but I was okay with that since I was already there. While it did take even longer than he estimated, I was glad he was as upfront as possible so I was prepared for the longer time than normal, so I don't hold that against them. I prefer theme being honest and upfront over just telling me what I want to hear and then disappointment. I definitely prefer this dealer over another local one north of this location! More
