When I first pulled it up, it took time before I was addressed, so much so that I was about to drive off. I'm glad I didn't. Bobby Howard approached me and apologized that someone hadn't addressed me earlier and I ended up having one of the quickest visits ever getting a vehicle serviced. Going strong after eight years "together" I grew up accompanying my mother to the dreaded car dealership and was extremely picky when I bought my own first new car eight years ago. The ONLY dealership where I felt listened to and valued: Honda of the Avenues. They got my business, and I have had all service and maintenance work done on site as I trust them, their training, and their communication skills! No surprises, and always an intelligent, thoughtful service representative to deal with. Bobby Howard in service is fantastic, and when I drive up into the service bay and see my name on the digital screen above me I know I am expected and my time (and money) will not be wasted. We just bought our daughter a new Fit at Honda of the Avenues and are thrilled with it. Highly recommended! More

This place makes the time out for repairs a pleasure. It's always a time I look forward to when I get my maintenance done on my CRV. I come with my laptop and using their free wifi I get some extra work d It's always a time I look forward to when I get my maintenance done on my CRV. I come with my laptop and using their free wifi I get some extra work done or pass the time entertaining myself online. And even if without the laptop, there are plenty of snacks and coffee and popcorn to ease the wait. Even my kids like going and enjoying all the amenities with me. I leave with my car all spruced up on the outside as well as the inside. More
