I worked with Bob Waite, a true professional. His explicit sales method was to proceed at my pace. This contrasts very favorably with more traditional, but badly outmoded methods of trying to "tria explicit sales method was to proceed at my pace. I have been looking for a new car for a couple of months. Visited many dealerships. Sunday I decided to take a ride to Northend Subaru My salesman Bob Waite met me immediately with a hand shake. At that poin Visited many dealerships. Sunday I decided to take a ride to Northend Subaru My salesman Bob Waite met me immediately with a hand shake. At that point I knew I was going to buy a car. He asked me a little about myself. We talked for awhile should me a Subaru Legacy. At that point I told him I had never even sat in a Subaru. Well he said lets take it for a ride. We did just that and I must have said "WOW" or "Oh My God" I don't remember how many times. What an awsome car. I also drove an Impreza liked it but fell in love with the Legacy. I asked Bob if I could take it to show my wife which was about 45 min away he said sure take your time. I thought that was great. When I came back from showing my wife. He met mwe at the door asked me how she liked it, what a silly question "she loved it". Bob and North End treated me so good through the whole process of buying a car all the way through the delivery on mon.When I picked my hew car up Bob introduced me to the service manager. I thought that was pretty cool. This was the best experience I have ever had purchaseing a car. Oh ya and by the way I've already told everybody this is the best place to buy a car.
