My only criticism, as a woman, was that I worked with two women via email and on the phone and when I arrived at the dealership, I asked for either My only criticism, as a woman, was that I worked with two women via email and on the phone and when I arrived at the dealership, I asked for either Ashley or Kristin and was told that they didn't work that way. I would have appreciated working with either of them since they helped me tremendously and were a big part of my decision to take the time to drive to Louisville. I spent a couple of hours at the dealership and everyone was very professional, but I didn't see any women that day. Luckily my brother was with me, otherwise I would have reconsidered buying a vehicle. More
