Negotiated a deal for a used car over the phone, site unseen. Adel was incredibly easy to work with and answered every question I had. Communication was awesome for a car I was buying out-of-state, 325 unseen. Adel was incredibly easy to work with and answered every question I had. Communication was awesome for a car I was buying out-of-state, 325 miles away. When I got to the dealership, everyone in the place was courteous. The Finance guy, Bob, was just as good. Probably the most down-to-earth car dealership finance guy I've ever dealt with. I actually felt they both were looking out for my best interests, while still ensuring the success of the business. Too bad I live out-of-state, I'd bring my car in for service without hesitation. More

The experience my wife and I had at this dealership is by far the best buying experience we have had purchasing a car. We are not people that buy a car often so the whole xxxxxx is always nerve racking for far the best buying experience we have had purchasing a car. We are not people that buy a car often so the whole xxxxxx is always nerve racking for me. Lenny made things so easy to deal with. He helped get the price of the car close to the range we were looking to spend although it was little more than we wanted to spend. Lenny assured me that they could work a deal that I would be happy with. Bob was very helpful in making that deal work. He went over different scenarios with me until I was comfortable with the monthly payment. One more thing that needs to be said. The sales floor closed at 9 PM, we didn't finish the paperwork until 10:30 PM. Lenny and Bob seemed to be in no hurry to rush me out the door even though I am sure they had a long day already. Bottom line is, the next time I am in the market for a car, Jennings will be the first place I start looking. Great car low miles. Thank you Jennings Chevrolet/VW. More

Chris Mader was great. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable while helping me buy the Volt. Chris was quick to follow up after the purchase and was proactive with a customer service campaign to re knowledgeable while helping me buy the Volt. Alain Bondi was quick to communicate with me regarding pricing for the Volt over email. He was professional and pleasant in person. Bob DiCicco was very friendly at the end of the purchase. He answered my many questions about warranties and made paperwork quick and painless. More

The most pleasant purchasing experience I have ever had! All involved were informative, helpful, and friendly, even offering me discounts for which I did not know I was eligible. We have purchased alot of vehicles since we've been driving, but we were thoroughly impressed as well as satisfied with our experience with jennings chevrolet. We talked on the phone with Adel, after f driving, but we were thoroughly impressed as well as satisfied with our experience with jennings chevrolet. We talked on the phone with Adel, after finding our 2009 chevy malibu over the internet and discussed trade-in. After coming to a tentative deal over the phone, we made an appointment to meet. Now, we weren't just around the corner, we had 4 hours to drive to get there, so we were taking a big chance, and believe me we discussed that this could be a wasted trip. After talking with Adel he helped us feel at ease, We got to Glenview and after a few minutes we got to meet Adel and then to see our car. Adel immediately took care of the concerns we had, got us drinks and handled every part of the car buying experience more professionally than we have ever been involved in. We were thoroughly impressed with Adel's attention to detail. After Adel did all his fancy foot work he introduced us to robert DiCicco to take care of the financing. Now after working with Adel we weren't expecting Bob to come close to be as professsional but sure enough Bob didn't miss a lick. He took care of all our questions and knew how to handle everything we were worried about. When we left Jennings Chevrolet to go home it felt like we were leaving home! As we pulled out we noticed they even set us up for our 4 hour trip home with a full tank of gas. Adel and Bob were awsome and would buy our next car from them and refer family and friends to them and Jennings Chevrolet. Thanks, we love our malibu ltz and our experience with Jennings! More

My rating reflect the experience I had with Jennings Chevy. I drove over 500 miles round trip to do business with Eric because he was honest and informative about the vehicle I purchased.
