130,000 mile maintenance and brake noise I am, overall, very pleased with the service department and Robert Bayer. Top-notch Service! Absolutely the best service! A warning indicator light came on in my car… checked the manual and it stated that there was a powertrain fault detected Absolutely the best service! A warning indicator light came on in my car… checked the manual and it stated that there was a powertrain fault detected. Called Al Packer and promptly got an appointment. When I drove up to the service area I was immediately directed to drive into the repair bay. Wow! No waiting to get my car checked in! Bob Bayer, the service advisor was amazing…. very courteous, informative and helpful. In fact, instead of having me wait for my car to be repaired, Bob arranged for me to get back to work! A couple of hours later, I was back in my car! Al Packer’s service team is definitely top-notch! More
