Unfortunately my experience with Al Packer, located at 9801 Pulaski hway Baltimore, MD, 21220 was not very good From the staff not communicating truthful and non conflicting fact / quotes to the cust 9801 Pulaski hway Baltimore, MD, 21220 was not very good From the staff not communicating truthful and non conflicting fact / quotes to the customer, Over all, Sales, Servie ( 2 days after a purchase ) and finance professionalism, and forcefulness, stating, " just sign here, just sign here" overall I am very disappointed in this dealership. Ps It seem as though their concerned was about A Sale., No service, even after 2nd day of purchase, just sign and go....... Signed, Very Unhappy Customer More

Great service and customer care This was my first time going to Al Packer Ford for service. I grew very dissatisfied with the Ford dealership I had been using and so tried Al Packer This was my first time going to Al Packer Ford for service. I grew very dissatisfied with the Ford dealership I had been using and so tried Al Packer Ford. Al Packer Ford was AWESOME and renewed my faith in Fiord dealerships. I will be using them from now on for my service. Bob Bayer was my service guy and he was great. Very friendly guy and very sincere and communicative. He was A++. More

Great Service Department I've been to Al Packer for routine service a few times and also for a couple of warranty issues. No Sad Faces Here Throughout the years I’ve been to many dealerships and actually worked at one many years ago so I somewhat know how things work. And work... they do Throughout the years I’ve been to many dealerships and actually worked at one many years ago so I somewhat know how things work. And work... they do here! They did everything but shine my shoes (LOL). They made sure from first contact that they understood the reason why you bought your vehicle in and meet and go bevond expectations. Very friendly Dealership and highly recommended in my Book. When you walk out... smile and say NICE ... you’ll be happy to return and feel the same next time. I’d like to give a shout-out to Bob Bayer in Particular for his actions that made my visit pleasurable. More
