Unfortunately for me I purchased a car that has a lot of glitches. This is the 6th or 7th trip to the dealers. March 2019 car was in for problems and dealt with George L the dealer would have gotten a 5 sta glitches. This is the 6th or 7th trip to the dealers. March 2019 car was in for problems and dealt with George L the dealer would have gotten a 5 star based on him and the service he provided. Car in service again- service not able to duplicate problem so could not repair. I can accept that- When I show up to get my car, I pulled in, 4 guys at desk, not one even acknowledged us through the glass 10 feet away. I proceed to get my mothers wheelchair/walker and my mother out of the car. A 5th gentleman- possible porter?? sees us and asked if we need help. Very thoughtful but I was already unloaded I said no just need to return this car, he walks inside and comes out to tell me I need to walk inside, again with my mom, wheelchair, walker and miscellaneous. 4 guys at desk have continued talking to one another, a 6th gentleman sees us and holds the door open. Very thoughtful. We proceed in- no hello, guy behind desk asks my name, pulls my paperwork, says sign here, asked if keys were in loaner, says I’m all set. And if I can get the car to recreate the problem bring it back. Walked out to my car, it had not been washed, vacuumed or even plastic on the floor or seat. Time to go back to Infinity. More

I was graciously offered a shuttle ride from the dealership to my place of employment, which simplified things greatly. The service was completed promptly. Very satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend this dealership. More
