Billy Burke was the best. We visited the dealership unsure exactly what we wanted. He is very knowledgeable and very patient. We test drove several cars. We left with a great feeling. Several phone calls/emails later we revisited the dealership. Again, we test drove several vehicles. Once we decided on which vehicle we wanted to purchase Billy walked us through the whole process. Everything went very smoothly and we drove away with our new to us Toyota Highlander. Very excited and happy. More

I am not a great customer to work with. I'm impatient, have lots of questions and change my mind a lot, and I mean a lot! So to say that Billy was patient, kind and hard working for me is saying a lot! have lots of questions and change my mind a lot, and I mean a lot! Billy Burke is the kind of salesman who goes the extra distance to make sure the customer is well satisfied. I know he gave me the best deal in a leased Toyota Corolla than I ever received before from ano distance to make sure the customer is well satisfied. Everyone was very nice but it seemed like two of the departments I dealt were not communicating well. I was told I would be able to drive vehicle home but it was not close to being road ready.
