Always a great experience. Stopped by to pick up a car cover I had ordered. While there, the staff asked if I wanted my inspection sticker and they did that quickly and without Stopped by to pick up a car cover I had ordered. While there, the staff asked if I wanted my inspection sticker and they did that quickly and without any appointment. I had also brought an older snow tire and rim from my previous car to see if they could tell me if it would fit. Not only did they volunteer to bring my car into the bay to actually try it out but were able to save me money, by informing me that the tires were good to go on my new car, and they ordered me the precise rims to fit them. All this was done on a snowy, Friday afternoon, after 2:00pm when most places would be winding down for the weekend. Not these guys, they were friendly, helpful and efficient. Great as always. (Bill Fallon was terrific, as were the techs that came out and answered all my questions.) They even hand washed the car for me. More

I love Colonial I've been a loyal Colonial VW customer for years. Loved working with the "Bill's" in the service department. After living out of state for a year, I r I've been a loyal Colonial VW customer for years. Loved working with the "Bill's" in the service department. After living out of state for a year, I returned and purchased a new Jetta from Mike Lodowsky. He was very patient and thorough. I came to trust Mike and know he'll be available over the next few months as I get acquainted with my vehicle. Also looking forward to working with the Colonial service team for years to come. More
