I've been working with a Bill Acree on the order of a new truck for a couple months and still waiting for delivery. During this time, Bill as been exceptional in responding and keeping me informed, especiall truck for a couple months and still waiting for delivery. During this time, Bill as been exceptional in responding and keeping me informed, especially when I get nervous. The flow and ease, so far has been good. Bill made the deal simple and without smoke and mirrors. What it was is what he said it would be. I've never dealt with a salesman as solid as this guy. I'm in SLC and so glad I decided to go to Ogden Riverdale to do a deal. I will keep my fingers crossed and hope the delivery happens soon. However this is nothing the dealership can control. I felt so grateful for Bill's help and communications that I wanted to ensure others knew of his 5 star customer service. I'd drive hundreds of miles to deal with Bill. I expect future service will the same and look forward having Ken Garff my new dealership! More

This dealership had a very difficult time with the sale of my vehicle and getting it coded properly with what is known as the R and D. It took much longer (like 7 days ) to get this accomplished and I was of my vehicle and getting it coded properly with what is known as the R and D. Communication was terrible about a lot of things. Also the disregard to bubbled paint, discoloration in paint and discoloration on interior on a brand new vehicle from the sales person was absolutely Also the disregard to bubbled paint, discoloration in paint and discoloration on interior on a brand new vehicle from the sales person was absolutely crazy to us. The sitting for 2 hours to sign docs when they were given plenty of notice to our arrival from out of state was just insane as well. We will be doing business elsewhere for our next vehicle. More
