Charles is an amazing person Charles was not a sales man but a friend when my wife Carole and I recently purchased an SUV for our daughter. Ive bought/leased 4 cars from Pacifico Charles was not a sales man but a friend when my wife Carole and I recently purchased an SUV for our daughter. Ive bought/leased 4 cars from Pacifico in the past 25 years and Charles was hands down the most professional, helpful and down to earth salesman. I drive a caddy and received amazing service from Holeman which you would expect from a dealer when spending $45K+ on a vehicle. Well Holeman's sales people have nothing on Charles. He is a first class gentlemen and I highly recommend him. Also I have to include Bernard our finance person was great to work with and a first class act. Chris & Carole McLouglin More
