Great Dealership! I had an excellent experience purchasing a new Ford Escape at Pacifico. Joe Romano, who handles internet sales, was incredibly helpful over the phone I had an excellent experience purchasing a new Ford Escape at Pacifico. Joe Romano, who handles internet sales, was incredibly helpful over the phone. He also sent me a fantastic detailed quote prior to going in for a test drive. My sales person Charles Freeman was also very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. From the test drive to when I drove away with my new car, he took the time to explain all my options, and was patient with me as I made my decision. The finance manager and representative, Jorge Agosto and Bernard Jones, were also wonderful to work with. I recommend this dealership in the highest possible way! More
