Neal was very friendly and personable. He was also very knowledgeable in explaining the pros and cons of buying/leasing. In the end I decided to lease a 2017 Escape as I may want to go bigger with an Explorer in a few years. Neal and the entire staff were great with keeping my daughter entertained while we did all of the paperwork. Bernard was very thorough in explaining the details of the lease. More

As Good As It Gets From top to bottom there Pacifico Ford offers the best in quality and service that I've ever experienced when shopping for a vehicle. The experience starts when you walk in the door and are greeted in a friendly welcoming manner. There is nothing that makes me more uncomfortable than a sales person breathing down my neck upon entering a store. When you're at Pacifico you feel comfortable, and like you're sitting among friends during the entire experience. This is my second lease through Pacifico. Larry and Stan took the time to walk me through my initial lease end process, and find the perfect next vehicle to match exactly what I was looking for. Even though they didn't have the vehicle on the lot, they had it picked up and on their lot the next day for me. Charles and Bernard were also wonderful in walking me through the paperwork and going over the features of my new automobile. I can't envision a scenario where my car purchases for the foreseeable future aren't with Pacifico Ford and the staff they've put together. More
