Earnhardt North Scottsdale is a well organized dealership to have regular scheduled maintenance performed. Scheduling is a little disappointing since it takes several months to get an open appointment for r to have regular scheduled maintenance performed. Stopped in to the service bay because all four of my tires were suddenly low.. service advisor said he would add air right away. This was great service and a service attitude that showed through by my tires were suddenly low.. service advisor said he would add air right away. This was great service and a service attitude that showed through by my service advisor. While there, I asked about an oil change… yes, they could do that too. Out the door in about an hour. Great! I had an emergency tire rim problem and needed to leave my Genesis because part needed and because no loaner available I had to find a rental. Ben Girard was able to find me a loaner the next day and exped my Genesis because part needed and because no loaner available I had to find a rental. Ben Girard was able to find me a loaner the next day and expedite a new rim from LA. He kept me informed along the way of status and did my regular maintainence as well as correct a minor issue while waiting for a new rim. He went on vacation before completed but advised me and turned over to Jason Colburn to insure I was taken care of. Jason seems to be a nice guy also. More
