Our Product Specialist, Stas Matveev, was very kind and informative but above all so very patient with us. As two women who had not a clue about cars I'm sure we presented a challenge but we did purchase a 2016 Kia Sportage that we both love. We decided to find a Kia dealer and ask for a test drive. Ray Skillman Kia was closest to home. When I called,Ben Gill was super nice and set us up with a test drive. He greeted us when we arrived and introduced us to Tommy Reed. After trying to figure out what features we would be happy with, Tom found us a Niro model that met our requirements. We then drove the car and it truly sold itself! After working out an agreeable trade-in price, we signed the papers. It was enjoyable to work with Doug in the finance department as well. We surprised ourselves making a decision to buy so quickly, but I love my new car! More

One of them needed an expensive car repair...so we decided to buy a new car for the first time in 10 years! We had such a great experience with Kacey Garrett. He was very knowledgeable about Kia and was so patient with us showing all of the new technology that is available today. When I brought my older parents, he sat with my mom and showed her everything, too. You can tell he really believes in the brand...he gets so excited about introducing the different models. We got the right car at the right price. We were so happy...we came back 3 months later and replaced the other older car with a new Kia, too. We had the same team Kacey Garrett and Ben Gill...and left with another great deal. This time we had our little kiddos with us...and the process was still stress-free. I definitely recommend. More
