The sales people are so informative and friendly and they go out of their way to make your car buying experience AND then car ownership a great and pleasant experience. I always bring my car to get serviced there because the service people are so wonderful also. They get my car in and out as fast as they can and the prices are better than anywhere. I was already approved for financing through my credit union, but the Finance Manager asked if I would let him see if he could get me a better rate. I agreed to let him reach out to other lenders and he was able to get me a batter rate along with a fantastic warranty! I was so impressed with everyone, they are kind, and very knowledgeable! We are also currently in the middle of a credit rebuild. Things were looking to be a far stretch to make a deal happen but salesman Mac Bridges, along with sales manager Stephan Fort, went above and beyond to work with us in a respectful and understanding manner. We were able to get a deal done within a few days. As I sat in the vehicle to drive away from the dealership, I honestly thought to myself that I could not believe how easy they made this purchase for us. I still have this thought as I write this. The team of Mac Bridges (sales), Drew Pittman (manager) and Doug Magnusen (fianace) won our business for a 2018 Sorento. They didn't pressure us, and were accommodating to our schedule. They allowed an overnight test drive of two different vehicles, which was very helpful to our decision making. Likewise, they were patient, willing to bargain, and extremely professional and courteous throughout. Not much more anyone can ask from a car dealership. More
