This dealership is a nightmare. Front Collison sensor light turned on immediately after I drove it off the lot. Notified them and sent pics immediately. They said they would fix it. Nearly 3 months later and it still has not been fixed. It has been one excuse after another. When they inspected the car they removed the front bumper and did not secure it properly to save themselves some time because they still had to fix the issue. They allowed me to drive it like that for weeks with out notifying me that the bumper was not secured. It completely fell off as I was backing out of my parking spot at work. I can never get a hold of anyone. Bauti never answered another call or text after the sale. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else! They also tried to get me to help them to commit fraud. They wanted me to tell my warranty the light turned on weeks after I bought it so they would not have to be responsible. They are not honest and only care about the sale. Forget about them helping you after they have collected your money. Will never do business with them again. Extremely disappointed. Upgrading my review of this dealership from 1 star to 3. After I expressed my disappointment Peter stepped in and my vehicle was fixed in less than 24 hours! I received a loaner to get home that evening and by the next morning my car was ready to be picked up. Car is performing beautifully and I am extremely happy with it. However, it never should have been this difficult to get something minor repaired. More

First things are first, I bought my vehicle out of state. I was already taking a gamble coming from St. Louis to Chicago, so trying to find a dealer who is trustworthy, honest, and enjoyable is a challenge. I found my sweet 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE Premium AWD on Cargurus. I immediately called Infiniti of Clarendon Hills to check the availability. Bauti answered and we immediately hit it off. He was extremely professional and efficient on getting back to me. Bauti took the time to make me feel comfortable to make the trip to buy this vehicle from out of state. He sent me many detailed pictures and videos up close and personal to my standard. He was nice enough to help provide options to get there, along with helping me transition from the Amtrak to the Metro to get to him. He even picked me up from the Train Station! I was estatic when I saw the van in person! I thanked Bauti for being so upfront and detailed. These are great people that are personable and care.
