Happy that Basil found the Rav hybrid we wanted We had been unsuccessful at other dealerships. Wish we had more time and info to think about financing and other coverage options. We got a nail in tire and on 7/24 went to another Toyota dealer and found that the tire coverage we had bought had not been activated We had to wait over 3 hours for it to get resolved by Advantage and Toyota Also dealership said we could not prepay the balance for 6 mos but when we called Toyota Finance they said we could pay whole amount we owed right away without any penalty And so we did More
