Luis was great. I really enjoyed working with him. Very easy going and knowledgeable. I did not have the same experience with the F&I Manager Robert Savage. He is no I really enjoyed working with him. Very easy going and knowledgeable. I did not have the same experience with the F&I Manager Robert Savage. He is not personable. I did not like the way he treated me. He is not a people person. I am not looking for red carpet treatment but just to be spoken to with respect. He spoke down to me and did not make me feel welcome. I truly didn’t want to do business with him but I had no choice. I wish I worked with a better F&I Manager like Frank. I want to refer my friends and family to Luis but I’m not going to because of how I was dealt with by Rob. You are loosing business by employing and keep people like Robert that don’t know how to talk to people. More

This dealership experience was beyond terrible! Andy, the so-called "Service Manager," proved to be the most deceitful person I've ever encountered. After dropping off my car on Tuesday, it wasn't Andy, the so-called "Service Manager," proved to be the most deceitful person I've ever encountered. After dropping off my car on Tuesday, it wasn't returned to me until eight days later, with no updates whatsoever during that time. Whenever I tried to contact them for information, I was either put on hold indefinitely or Andy disconnected the call. Despite his claims that the technicians were diligently working on my car, I found it parked in the same spot every time I checked. When I finally got my car back, Andy had the audacity to quote me $13,000 for repairs, suggesting I should just buy a new car instead. He even questioned why I wouldn't let my insurance cover the cost, knowing it would raise my premiums. Then, when I asked about trading in my car, they offered a mere $15,000, despite its actual value being $27,000 according to Kelley Blue Book and other sources. This experience left me feeling disrespected and utterly disgusted. I will never do business with them again, and I sincerely hope Andy faces the consequences for his actions. This incident not only cost me financially but also caused me to miss eight days of work, as this is my primary work vehicle. Thank you for showing me exactly why I will never return to your dealership. More

I dealt with a salesman named Luis who was helpful above and beyond, but finance is where the dirty game began. I made sure that I wanted to pay the taxes upfront but was not able to. Finance guy Hasan was being somewhat rude and didn’t feel the need to care or make some room for the interest. I know they were upping the rate when I asked to see his screen for bank approval. The other dealership let me see their screen and approval rate. This buy rate was trash! This isn‘t my first car deal. Steer clear of this person in finance and ask for someone else if you do deal with this dealership More
